Good news: Theory of Living now ships to any international destination!

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some countries have suspended their courier services. Do confirm with your local service that international packages will be accepted and cleared by the Customs Department. Packages that are shipped to countries with suspended service will be returned back to us.

Here is the shipping rate for the countries we ship to.

Note:

• Price excludes insurance fee and import duties of the destination country.
• The weight round-up is per 1 kg for every extra weight of 0.01 kg. For example: If the package’s weight is 2.01 kg, it will be rounded up to 3 kg.
• Complete detail of the package is needed for export document.
• If the package is returned from the destination country, the returning shipping fee and customs is borne by the buyer.
• No compensation is given when there is a delay in shipment.
• Photo of ARC / passport / ID card is needed for shipment to Taiwan, China, South Korea, Japan, India and Macau.
• Reimbursement of money for lost and damaged goods without insurance according to the shipping invoice.
• We highly suggest that packages sent to international destinations are insured. The insurance rate is 2% of the price of the goods.
• Insurance can only be claimed if the goods are damaged or lost. The complaint has be within 3 days of the arrival. Photo(s) of the unopened package and photo(s) of the goods inside once the package is opened are also required.
