Send your list — how many, what type, your budget and your timeline. A drawing or mood board helps, but a rough list is enough to start.
We put together options
We match what you need to our range, and suggest alternatives where they save you money or time. Finishes and fabrics confirmed in writing.
Samples
Fabric and finish swatches sent ahead. Full samples to your office or site, or come and see everything at the Jakarta showroom.
Quote
Fixed prices on your preferred shipping terms, with the lead time and payment schedule written down.
Production
Usually 6 to 8 weeks, scheduled around your site programme, with updates at each agreed stage so you are never guessing.

Packed, documented and shipped on your terms, timed to arrive when you need it — in one go or in stages.

Is there a minimum order?
No. We don’t set a minimum order. Tell us what you need and how many, and we will price it — whether that is five pieces or five hundred.
How long does production take?
Usually 6 to 8 weeks from confirmed order to shipment, depending on the category and finish you choose. The exact lead time is stated on your quotation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. We handle the export paperwork and send your whole project as one shipment.
Can you deliver in stages?
Yes. If your project opens in phases, we can hold your order and deliver it in stages to match your schedule.
Can you match a specific finish, fabric or colour?
Yes. We can match finishes and fabrics on project orders, and we send samples for your approval before anything goes into production.
Do you provide certificates and test reports?
Tell us which standards your project has to meet and we will confirm in writing what we can provide for each piece, before you commit.
Can we see the furniture before ordering?
Yes. Our Jakarta showroom at Indonesia Design District is open for project visits, and we send samples internationally.
